The Neighborhood Team Program (NTP) combines the best aspects of the CERT Training, RYLAN block organization, and Neighborhood Watch into a comprehensive and easy to implement turn-key solution for building self-sufficient Neighborhood Emergency Teams in each community that can stand up on their own and save lives in their own neighborhoods immediately after a disaster.
