A person attending a Congress event who does not wish to have their recorded or photographed image used or distributed, or have their image recorded or photographed, should make their wishes known to the photographer, Congress Planning Committee Executive Committees, and/or by contacting the Congress at info@neighborhoodcongress.la, in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. The Congress will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a Congress event or by failing to notify the Congress, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by the Congress, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Congress from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with the Congress may not use, copy, alter, or modify Congress photographs, graphics, video, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from the Congress.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
