Feeling overwhelmed by all the legal requirements you need to follow? This session is an opportunity to discuss legal issues and concerns facing your neighborhood council. From the Brown Act to social media, the Neighborhood Council Advice Division will help to simplify and explain many of the common legal issues that affect NC’s day to day operations. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and seek general advice from your legal representatives in the City Attorney’s Office.
